Aligned Mortgage:
Over 100 YouTube subscribers donated 7,000 plus meals to feed families in Southwest, Texas.
Cott Beverages:
Donated 5 full truck loads almost 200,000 lbs. of beverages to the Food Bank.
Goya Foods:
Donated 28,000 lbs. of assorted dry goods on Tuesday as part of their Goya Gives Program.
Longhorn Steakhouse:
Donated substantial time volunteer at Haven For Hope with employees stemming from San Antonio to California.
National School Board Association:
Donated 4,725 meals to the community during a national conference held in San Antonio.
Snooze AM Eatery:
Pancake Day pancake sales provided a donation of $1,450 toward fresh produce for families.
TowerJazz:
Underwrote Backpack Program school bags for children for $6,000.
Westwood:
Collected $250 through their local office as part of their national “Lunch Pack Give Back”. Funds will be used to help provide meals for children.
GRANTS
Wal-Mart Foundation – Retail Performance Grant:
In March we received $20,000 supplemental funding to support efforts to increase retail donations.
Tyson Urgent Food Award – Rural Mobile Pantry Food Distributions Grant:
$40,000 to support the Mobile Pantry Program for 1 year in Comal & Guadalupe Counties (approximately May 2018-April 2019).
Feeding Texas – Hurricane Harvey Disaster Relief Grant:
$90,000 to support the Disaster Relief efforts from Hurricane Harvey.
