THANK YOU FOR FIGHTING HUNGER IN SOUTHWEST TEXAS!

COMMUNITY PARTNERS

Labatt Food Service:
Labatt not only donates product to the San Antonio Food Bank on a weekly basis (372,957 lbs. last fiscal year), we also purchase food from Labatt for many of our various programs. Service representative Monica DeLonde frequently goes above and beyond to help us fulfill our purchase needs ensuring we have the proper items for our culinary team to prepare for area schools and other children’s programs

Hulu:
Hulu provided 1,500 emergency food boxes filled with staple pantry items to provide to individuals and families in need. This was a part of their Hulupalooza, Hulu’s first ever national volunteer initiative. The San Antonio office is one of the company’s 7 U.S. offices in 6 states reaching more than 20 different organizations nationwide. We are extremely appreciative of their support! (impact report attached)

ABC Supply:
ABC Supply held their 2018 Stand Up 2 Hunger Campaign where they raised 2837 lbs of food and $5,000 totaling 37,216 meals provided to the community. Thank you ABC Supply for your support! (Samantha took photos for us of this presentation – also an image attached)

Prologis:
Prologis, a wonderful community partner, graciously donated $2,100 after holding an auction of furniture from their previous office building. Together we held a check presentation at their new office located at The Pearl! (Samantha has photos of this)

80’s Birthday Bash to Zero Out Hunger:
Cynthia Medellin held a birthday party at our facility to help raise food and funds. Guests were asked to donate in order to have the opportunity to take part in zumba routines lead by some of San Antonio’s best instructors. Cynthia and her guests helped to raise $1,000 to help support our mission. (Sophia took photos for us with the camera – photo attached also)

Brinker:
Brinker International held a conference at the Hyatt Hill Country for their General Manager’s from Chili’s locations in our region. Together these 700 managers built 5,000 backpack bags that will benefit food insecure child in our community throughout the academic year. We are truly humbled by the support these employees so graciously provided to us. Thank you Brinker and Chili’s!

Elevate Dental:
Elevate Dental held a block party to celebrate the grand opening of their office on Jones in the heart of San Antonio. As part of the grand opening Elevate Dental decided to do a give back collecting food and money to provide meals to those that are food insecure in our community. We are so fortunate to have wonderful community partners like Elevate Dental.
