FARMERS MARKETS NUTRITION PROGRAM
The Farmers Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) allows qualified participants to buy nutritious fruits and vegetables using FMNP vouchers from participating Farmers Market Associations to improve their diets.
The program promotes the routine consumption of healthy and fresh produce from Farmers Markets as a part of the daily diet of families and individuals we serve.
Farmers Market Nutrition Program (FMNP)
- Provides resources to WIC participants and seniors that qualify in the form of fresh, nutritious, unprepared, locally-grown fruits, vegetables, and culinary herbs from farmers markets.
- Increases the domestic consumption of agricultural commodities by helping develop or expand domestic farmers markets.

Eligible WIC clients include:
- Pregnant Women
- Breastfeeding Women
- Postpartum Women
- Children ages 1-4

SENIOR FARMERS’ MARKET NUTRITION PROGRAM (SFMNP)
Criteria
Criteria for Senior Vouchers SFMNP:
- Seniors 60+ (income eligibility required)
- Based on 185% of Federal Poverty Guidelines
Voucher Program Details:
- Last day to obtain vouchers: September 29
- Vouchers expire October 27th
- We are unable to replace lost or stolen vouchers
- Products that are eligible to be purchased with vouchers are fruits and vegetables and honey for senior vouchers (please reference here for more details)
