San Antonio Food Bank receives Empower: Job Training Grant

Thanks to Health Care Service Corporation, the San Antonio Food Bank has been selected to receive an Empower: Job Training grant to support the Culinary Training job program. Currently, the graduation rate of the Culinary Job Training program is about 88.46% and the job placement rate remains at a high of 90.48%; students will be able to use their knowledge for multiple work opportunities in future culinary careers thanks to Blue Cross and Blue Shield Empower funding.
