Build Healthy Habits

All San Antonio Food Bank nutrition, health & wellness classes are available free of charge to organizations within low-income or food insecure populations. The wellness team educates parents of young children, school-aged children, adults, and seniors throughout the year.

Classes focus on helping individuals adapt healthy eating patterns, increase physical activity, and preventing chronic diseases. Most wellness classes feature a cooking demonstration. If you want to learn more about how to adapt your traditional foods to make them healthier or increase your physical activity, these classes are for you.

All classes are taught by highly qualified professionals.
