New Braunfels Food Bank Development Manager

The primary objective of this position is to work with the Executive Director to secure resources of food, time, money, and voice through special events and food and fund drives. This individual will manage all the New Braunfels Food Bank’s signature special events and other events as assigned. Annual fundraising targets will be determined by the Executive Director for this position. The Development Manager works to secure volunteers and stewards a volunteer group portfolio. This position will also be involved as a team leader for the tours and presentations, cause related marketing, 3rd party events, and other special promotions as assigned by the Executive Director.
Community Nutrition Education Coordinator

The Nutrition Education Coordinator will work under the guidance of the Nutrition, Health & Wellness Education (NHWE) Program Manager to support a variety of engaging nutrition education programs for children, adults, and healthcare professionals. We support our partners by providing the education, tools, and mentoring needed to teach in a wide array of settings. Duties include scheduling and conducting nutrition, health & wellness activities, food insecurity trainings, and food safety trainings.
Director of Volunteer Services

The primary objectives of this position are to lead all aspect of the volunteer program across all segments of the organization and to ensure fulfillment of all scheduled volunteer shifts. This position oversees all aspects of the Volunteer Services Program as well as being responsible for the stewardship of existing volunteers and the recruitment of new volunteers (groups, individuals, etc). This position’s work week is Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed.
