The San Antonio Food Bank invites you to Sabor y Tú: A Farm-to-Chef Dinner, an evening celebrating local flavors and community impact. Enjoy a thoughtfully curated five-course dinner prepared by acclaimed chefs.
The menu will feature produce from the San Antonio Food Bank’s urban farm, along with locally sourced venison and grass-fed beef, highlighting the connection between sustainable agriculture and healthy food access. Proceeds from the event support the Food Bank’s sustainability and agriculture initiatives, helping ensure our community has access to fresh, nutritious food.
Together, we can cultivate a nourished Southwest Texas.

A relaxed Italian eatery inside Pullman, Fife and Farro specializes in wood-fired sourdough pizzas with charred crusts and handmade pastas that balance rustic simplicity with refined flavors. They take pride in sourcing only Texas grown grains from Barton Springs Mill. Their casual yet polished menu includes classic Italian antipasti and pastas alongside innovative pizza combinations, making it a popular choice for lunch or dinner in a family-friendly setting
A dedicated farm to table and forage-centric fine-dining destination at Pullman Market at the Pearl, Isidore’s menu highlights the bounty of Texas with wood-fired meats, seafood, and locally sourced produce. The restaurant’s kitchen is totally open to the dining space, allowing Chef de Cuisine Ian Lanphear to bring diners into the experience of transforming local ingredients into world caliber meals. They received a 2025 Michelin star and Michelin Green Star, celebrating their dedication to sustainable sourcing.
Ladino is a Modern Mediterranean Grill House. The restaurant celebrates all the cultures combined, starting from the decor, the ambiance and the music, to the beverages and food. Using a wood burning oven, Ladino features fresh made pita and other regional specialties accompanied by an abundance of mezze, vegetables, spices, and herbs that are playful and bold. The dessert menu is inspired by the sweet and savory staples of the region with a modern touch. Ladino was awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2024.
Mezquite brings the vibrant flavors of the Sonoran region to life at Pullman, offering a menu rooted in grilled meats, handmade flour tortillas, seafood dishes, and regional spreads inspired by northern Mexico’s culinary traditions. They received a 2025 Michelin Bib Gourmand designation for delivering high-quality, value-driven cuisine, and features contributions from Chef de Cuisine Ian Corral.
An intimate, reservation-only 20-seat dessert bar situated inside Pullman, Nicosi delivers a theatrical multicourse tasting experience composed entirely of dessert courses that explore acidic, bitter, sweet, and umami flavor profiles in creative and unexpected ways. Under the leadership of pastry chef Tavel Bristol-Joseph, Nicosi has been awarded one Michelin star for its exceptional dessert-only format and execution.
