What is a Partner Agency?
The San Antonio Food Bank partners with more than 500 non-profit organizations throughout our 16 county service area to provide food assistance through food pantries, community centers, senior centers, group homes, afterschool feeding programs and many other supplemental food distribution programs.
Through our distribution partners the San Antonio Food Bank serves over 58,000 individuals in need every week. Each partner agency is designated a 501(c)3 organization. Only authorized agencies may qualify to partner with the San Antonio Food Bank. Authorized agencies include churches, social service organizations, licensed non-profit daycares, senior centers, group homes, shelters, and soup kitchens.
The SAFB reserves the right to refuse service to any organization that does not meet the minimum requirements of the SAFB, does not correlate with its mission statement, or does not abide by the SAFB’s policies and procedures as listed in this guidebook.
