Director of Individual Giving
The primary objective of this position is to effectively plan, develop, and implement a fundraising plan for major gifts including, but not limited to, the identification, cultivation, solicitation, recognition, and tracking of major gift prospects. This position will carry a portfolio of 75-100 major gifts prospects.
Garden Engagement Coordinator
Coordinate with the Volunteer Engagement Team and Garden Manager to effectively utilize volunteers to assist with the Community Garden.
Summer Feeding Service Driver (Non-CDL)
This position is responsible to deliver prepared meals to locations throughout the San Antonio and New Braunfels areas.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hand and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch; talk, hear and smell. Employees must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include: close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Nutrition Education Coordinator
The Nutrition Education Coordinator will implement the Nutrition, Health & Wellness Curriculum and Gardening initiatives at different schools, community based organizations in partnership with teachers/educators, nutrition professionals/dietitians, chefs and other community workers. Duties include scheduling and conducting nutrition, health & wellness and gardening classes, building school and urban gardens and training organizations on their maintenance.
Volunteer Services Intern
Join the Volunteer Services team within the Development Department and learn how to run a volunteer program and schedule volunteers for a complex matrix of volunteer opportunities.
